SAP Retail Coordinator - Foodstuffs South Island

An exciting permanent position within the SAP Retail Operations Team has become available.  The key purpose of the role is to assist our Banner Groups with their SAP Operations to maximise the benefits of the Retail SAP solution.

Your retail & systems experience, particularly in the areas of SAP Retail Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics Reporting and Retail Promotions will be essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will become part of the SAP Retail Operations Team and report to the SAP Retail Systems Manager.

Applicants should be able to work both alone and in a team, and will naturally strive to acquire new skills and knowledge and apply them.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide operational support via our SAP Retail Email Inbox ensuring the resolution of all member queries in a timely manner
• Organise and deliver SAP Retail steps in varying Projects
• System Testing
• Create and maintain System Documentation
• Wide-ranging data manipulation, spreadsheet work and data analysis

The successful applicant should also have:

• Working experience and knowledge of the retail supermarket industry
• Auto Replenishment & Inventory Management experience
• A high level of planning and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• The ability to be thorough with a high attention to detail
• Computer literacy including the use of software packages, such as Excel
