At New World Brookfield, we're looking for energetic and motivated leaders to join our Grocery and Checkout teams. These are hands-on leadership roles where you'll be responsible for leading shifts, supporting and developing team members, driving results, and helping create an outstanding experience for our customers every day.

✅ One weekend day required

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting a team throughout your shift
• Coaching and developing team members
• Creating a positive, high-energy team culture
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Solving problems and making decisions confidently
• Maintaining high department standards
• Helping achieve team goals and results
• Leading by example every day

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of leadership experience
• Enjoys working with and developing people
• Leads through actions, not just words
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Customer Service Experience
• Communicates confidently and effectively
• Thrives in a busy retail environment
• Takes ownership and isn't afraid to step up
• Has previous supermarket, retail, or customer service experience
