We are seeking customer focused individuals to join our Customer Service team on a full time basis. The applicants should possess ability, ambition and enthusiasm to play an important role within our overall team.

Checkout Assistant

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An excellent customer service provider and have great communication skills
  • An effective organiser and possess time management skills
  • Prepared to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating a friendly and helpful environment for customers and staff alike
  • Dealing with cash and customer transaction in an appropriate manner ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Ensure all sales are conducted efficiently and that liquor, tobacco and other age restricted product purchases are sold in compliance with law and company policies 100% of the time

Experienced Barista

The applicants should be talented and experienced Baristas who possess enthusiasm for delivering a top product and excellent customer service. The applicants must be flexible to work within all aspects of the Customer Service team, including assisting with Lotto sales and Checkout services as required.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An exquisite and passionate coffee maker
  • Prepared to learn new skills and participate in in-store training
  • Savvy to general Health & Safety and Food Safety standards

Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Making excellent coffee to meet customer orders
  • Maintaining a safe work environment with a high standard of cleanliness in compliance with our Food Safety Programme
  • Assist with sale and redemption of Lotto products and checkout services
