butchery department is busy and dynamic and will require someone who is central
to motivating and lead a great team while maintaining the highest standards and
excellent customer service.
The role
involves buying and overseeing stock levels, supervising presentation, driving production,
managing staff, and achieving the targets of the department. We use a computerised ordering system so some computer skills are necessary.
