We require an enthusiastic and passionate
person to join our bakery team in the role of head packer. The successful
person should be capable of assisting the bakery manager with organising,
leading and controlling the bakery department.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating the
packing team with daily operations
- Controlling packaging levels
- Maintaining a high standard of
merchandising
- Training and monitoring staff
performance in conjunction with the manager
- Implementation and upkeep of
Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
Days and hours of work will be discussed at
the interview, however will include one weekend shift.
